1. Introduction

Welcome to Roaming Adventures Ltd’s Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”). By joining our Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must reside in the United Kingdom.
  • Your website or platform must not contain any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

3. Affiliate Registration

  • You must complete the application form and provide accurate and complete information.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote Roaming Adventures Ltd ground coffee using approved marketing materials.
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by Roaming Adventures Ltd.

5. Commissions

  • You will earn a commission on sales generated through your affiliate link (currently 5GBP per pack of St Helena Coffee sold).
  • Commission rates and payment terms will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Commissions are payable once a minimum threshold is met, as specified in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Commissions will be paid within 14 days of a qualifying sale.
  • If you wish to have this paid in to your St Helena Bank Account (BOSH) please provide your bank account details and ensure they are correct.

6. Payment

  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
  • Payments will be processed within 30 days of the end of the month in which the sale was made, provided the minimum threshold is met.
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your commission earnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Do not use false or misleading advertising.
  • Do not engage in any form of spamming.
  • Do not use paid search bidding on Roaming Adventures Ltd brand terms without prior written approval.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
  • Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all affiliate links.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Roaming Adventures Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you under these Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Roaming Adventures Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
  • Continued participation in the Program after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
